Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship, via USPS or UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat $5.95.
How does payment work?
You pay at checkout through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Once payment is confirmed, your order ships within 1–2 business days and we email you tracking.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened grocery, food, personal-care and cosmetic items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective. See Shipping & Returns for the details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If a tracking email hasn't arrived within two business days of paying, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything we sell is new, genuine brand-name stock sourced from established U.S. wholesale distributors. We are an independent retailer; no brand affiliation or endorsement is implied.
